Customer Reviews
Good chair, delivery was okay
I ordered an Executive Leather Office Chair and overall, I'm quite satisfied. The chair itself is very comfortable and feels well-made, especially for the price point compared to some other brands I looked at. The leather is nice, and it has good support. My only minor issue was with the delivery time; it took about 8 business days to arrive, which was a bit longer than I hoped, especially since I work from home. Assembly was manageable, though one screw was a little finicky. Still, for the quality of the chair, it's a solid purchase and I'd consider buying from them again if I needed another chair.
Consistent quality, worth it
This is my third purchase from Oak Hollow Furniture, this time an Ergonomic Mesh Office Chair for my spouse's home office. Like my previous orders (an Aloria chair for myself and a couple of Replacement Casters), the quality is consistently excellent. Shipping took 6 days to get to me in Arizona, which is about what I expect. I keep coming back because their chairs really do hold up, and the comfort makes a difference during long workdays. Good to see they're still reliable.
Great chair, fast shipping
Bought a Lyra Series Office Chair. It's very comfortable. Shipping was quick. Easy to put together. Would recommend.
Got a good chair, easy process
Needed a new chair for my setup and went with one of their High Back Office Chairs. It's pretty comfy, fits my space well. The whole ordering thing on their site was easy, no fuss at all. Got it delivered in about a week. Not much to complain about, it just works. Happy with it.
Aloria chair is fantastic
I just received my Aloria Series Office Chair and it's absolutely amazing! The genuine leather feels so luxurious, and the ergonomic support is a dream. My back already feels so much better after just a few days. The assembly was straightforward, took about 20 minutes. I'm telling all my friends who work from home about this! I will definitely be buying from Oak Hollow Furniture again for future office needs. What a great investment!

What's the return policy like if I don't end up liking the chair? Easy to send back or a big hassle?
Hey, thinking of getting one of the Aloria chairs, but I live in NYC. What's the typical shipping time like to the East Coast? Don't want to wait forever.
How does the Aloria compare to a Herman Miller Aeron? Is it really that good, or should I just splurge on the Aeron?
Thinking about getting the Aloria, but I'm worried about the assembly. Are these chairs a pain to put together or pretty straightforward?
Are their chairs made with real leather or is it that bonded stuff? For the price, I'm hoping it's genuine.
